Vac-U-Max, Dual cartridge style dust collector with 30" OD x 56" deep with 36" straight wall chamber. Equipped with twin 13" OD x 18" high pleated cartridge filters with pulse jet cleaning, and a total surface area of 13ft². Equipped with 24" x 17" bolt down access door, (1) 17½"OD / 11"ID clamp down bottom discharge with 15" OD x 14" deep collection bin and 1½ Hp vacuum blower rated to 1500 CFM. Mounted on (4) legs with locking casters.

Heavy-duty stainless steel box tube structural design has 120" long I-beam extending 64" beyond frame with spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags. Harrington 2 ton (4000lb) capacity powered chain hoist and trolley with (8) massaging paddles and 56" discharge height.

Harrington 2 ton (4000lb) capacity powered hoist and trolley with flanged mounted product recieving chamber with massaging paddles and 51" discharge height.

Vac-U-Max, Model MDL105017.01, vacuum transfer system with topping applicator. Equipped with 16" OD x 25" deep receiving hopper with a pneumatic dump valve, 48" long dispersing auger to evenly cover 58" wide rotary deposit bottom. Control panel with on off switches for vacuum and topper, auto / hand switch to vacuum system and variable speed dials for auger and topper. Mounted on stainless steel base with casters.

Vac-u-Max, Model Z65702/01, 14 ft³ bag dump station with integrated dust collection system. Volumes of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with flip open front product cover with safety grate and 1½ hp top mounted blower motor. Dust collection system with (12) bag filters and dual pulse filter cleaning feature. Cone bottom discharge with vibrator feeds to a pneumatic slide gate lock with 2½"OD / 2" ID Tri-clamp fitting for connection to in house vacuum transport system. Mounted on (4) leg base platform.
