Benchmark Model VAC-BL-LH, stainless steel, servo driven, 3 belt, smart belt feed system with number of products per minute – depending on material, application and machine intergrated with. Equipped with 70" long 3-1/2" wide plastic product in feed conveyor to 36" long 3-1/2" wide neophreme backlog conveyor, 11" long 3-1/2" wide neopreme metering conveyor to dual 24" long x 1" wide belt conveyors that feed product into the lugs of the wrapper with product sensors and adjustable guide rails, vacuum system with 30" in feed and discharge height. Control cabinet has A/B CPU controller and A/B panelview controller with readout, VFD and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame.

Sig, Model Crossfeeder, servo driven, stainless steel, 72" long, single chain, lugged, infeed conveyor. Equipped with ½" high lugs set on 13" centers and adjustable guide rails. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters.

Arpac, Model 70LS, lugged infeed conveyor. Equipped with dual star wheel indexing and 40" long lugged chain with 1" wide x 2" high lugs set on 7½" centers. Control panel with an AB controller, Arpac HMI display and push button start / jog / stop controls.
