Combi America, Model CE-10, automatic case erector and bottom taper. Rated from 2 to 8 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 8" to 17½" in Length; 6" to 13½" in Width; 5" to 17½" in Height. Equipped with automatic 38" long (4) chain blank case magazine, recipricating vacuum suction cup pic-n-place, top squaring system, front and back flap closers and 2" bottom tape head. Control panel with an AB PLC. Push button start, stop, and e-stop, interlock cage style safety guarding and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters.

Case size range: 8" to 24" in Length; 6" to 16" in Width; 5" to 16" in Height. and is capable of packing single or multiple layers. Equipped with 44" long blank case magazine, suction cup pic-n-place, minor and major flap closers, with 46" long x 8" wide rubber belt case conveyor with pusher bar, 128" long x 15" wide slip torque product conveyor running parallel to (2) head multi-axis servo driven pick n place system, with interlock Lexan safety guarding. Control panel has controller and Alphapack operator touchpad interface controller with conveyor speed controller, start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar. Equipped with 48" long blank case magazine, 4 suction cup reciprocating pick and place, minor and major flap closers, mech pusher bar, 2" tape head and safety guarding, Model Ergopack stainless steel pack conveyor system 137" long x 12" wide Delrin product conveyor running parallel to 72" long x 8" wide pack station conveyor. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs and interlocking safety guarding. Combi America Model TB1 automatic, stainless steel, top and bottom case taper. Equipped with minor flap closer, major flap plows, 72" long x 3" wide dual side gripper belts, 3m accuglide 2" top / bottom tape heads, hand crank adjustable with height adjustable legs and interlocking Lexan safety guarding. Combi America, Model CHL, automatic, case erector, packer and hot melt sealing system, rated from 1 to 10 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. System consists of Model HCE case erector, front and back case sealer equipped with powered blank case magazine, vacuum suction cup pick n place, erectoring and case squaring section, top and bottom lugged case transfer conveyors, Nordson Pro Blue hot melt glue system, major / minor flap closers, with front and back ram arm compression. Model CHL horizontal case packer with product in feed conveyor, product up-ender, up-stacker, collation system, with single ram arm product loader. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with panel view, vari-speed controls with start and e-stop push buttons, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
