Equipped with 5-3/4" OD product port and 12" x 12" feed throat with (32) fixed knife / Impact blades powered by 20 Hp motor drive, bottom 10" ID product discharge port with 24” floor clearance. Control panel has start, stop push buttons and hand held controller. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel legs with casters. Used to grind, de-lump, pulverize and process wet or dry products.

Equipped with (2) screw feed design and has 19" long x 16" wide x 20" deep ID, stainless steel product hopper with 4" OD horizontal screw that eliminates vacuum dearation to 5" OD vertical pre-compression screw that compresses the product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 4" x 10" groved product compaction rollers with roller force of 17.6 KN/CM and roller gaps of 1mm to 6mm, powered by 5 Hp motor drive with onboard stainless steel Fitzmill Model D6A hammer mill has (16) fixed stainless steel impact blades powered by 5 Hp motor drive with 14” long x 6” wide product discharge and 39” floor clearance. Fitzpatrick, Model 2L X 8D, chilsonator roller compactor mill. Able to process 45Kg to 181Kg (100lbs to 400 lbs) per hour – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Equipped with 316 stainless steel contact parts, a 6" diameter charge port, 2½" OD / 1¾" ID tri-clamp style discharge with 8½" ground clearance , feed system controlled by both a vertical and horizontal screw and model JT homoloid mill. The vertical screw has 2" OD and is driven by ½ Hp motor with a speed range of 100 to 450 rpm. The horizontal screw has 3" OD and is driven by ¼ Hp motor with a speed range of 0 to 62 rpm. The compaction rolls are 2" wide x 8" OD and made of 17-4PH stainless steel. The homoloid mill equipped with (16) 2½" long x 1" wide knife blades powered by 1½ Hp motor drive.
