Kreuter Model CHOCOMAT, 42" wide chocolate enrober with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped 42" wide x 72" long wire mesh product conveyor belt thru the enrober and has chocolate reservoir, pressure pipe circulation with feed system that also feeds bottom section with separate pipe which enables total control of the bottom wave and blowers with adjustments for volume or speed of air and angle of flow. vibration system, scavenging roller with scraper to adjust bottom thickness and remove excess chocolate. Control panel has touch pad controller with readout and room heat and water temperature controllers, belt and stirrer on / off, chocolate pump, forward and reverse switches, with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with height adjustable legs.

Kreuter Model Chocomat, 48" wide, stainless steel, chocolate enrober and product dripping zone with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped 48" wide total x 204" long wire mesh product conveyor belt thru enrober and dripping zone, with 40" in feed and discharge height. 108" long enrobing section with Waukesha pump and piping system fitted with scraper to prevent cloggage to the 48" wide top mounted coating head and has 48" wide wire mesh product hold down belt and flip-up plastic safety doors. 3-way valve for different coating possibilities complete coating, only bottom and only top coating. Water circulation is controlled by digital controller and temperatures are not to exceed 40 Deg C. and has inlet and outlet dry heaters and bottom stripping device and has 96" long dripping zone section after the enrober with blowers and side flip-up sight doors, with pressure pipe circulation, feed and vibration systems and scavenging roller with scraper to remove excess chocolate. Remote control panel has temperature controllers, chocolate pump, mesh belt, belt and stirer, and hold down device, return pump, scraper, blower, drive and start, stop controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame.

Kreuter / Buhler Model CC, (2) zone, compound conditioner and tempering unit with heat exchanger, used for both heating and cooling for perfect conditioning of set compound mass with pounds of mass product per hour – depending on materials and application. The Mass (fat glaze) must first be conditioned and for this pupose is tempered in the compound conditioner and is heated to a uniform temperature in the first zone and afterwards is cooled down and tempered in the second zone to an even enrobing temperature that will ideally be slightly above the melting point of the compound. Advantages of this are shorter cooling time due to the lower enrobing temperature of the compound, reduced cooling length therefore saving valuable floor space and increased production capacity with integrated screw, heat exchanger and chocolate pumps. Control panel with zone 1 and 2 water and heater and pump controllers with start, e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (4) leg frame with leveling legs.
32" wide vibratory feeder with wire mesh for crumbs into product lanner, currently set for 13 lanes. Last running mini pretzels into an enrobing system.
