Resina, Model NRS51RH, stainless steel, left to right, large cap, single head chuck capper. Cap size range: up to120mm. Equipped with 96" long by 4-1/2" wide conveyor, container indexing, integrated cap hopper / feeder, cap chute, transfer shoe, single chuck and double side container grippers. Additionally features inter-locked guarding and e-Stop. Speeds dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. Change parts requiered to accommodate size range.

Resina, Model NRS30, automatic, single head stainless steel capper. Rated from 20 to 60 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap size range: 13mm to 120mm. Container size range: up to 6" OD x up to 13" in Height (proper change parts required for different size ranges). Equipped with cap feeder with H-26 vertical pin dial hopper and sorter with 72" long x 4½" wide stainless steel container conveyor, cap chute, transfer shoe and double side belt container grippers, single chuck style capping head and safety guarding. Control panel has conveyor, hopper, capper speed control dials with start / stop push button controls and statis light bar. Mounted on (4) stainless steel base frame.

Resina Model N51HES-12, single head, stainless steel, right to left, chuck capper with cap elevator. Rated from 10 to 40 container per minute – depending on materials and application. All stainless steel construction. Cap size range: 70mm to 120mm. Container size: capable of handling a wide variety of size and shape containers up to 1 gallon (both with proper change parts). Equipped with Model HES cap hopper and feeder has 30" long x 26" wide x 30-1/2" deep cap hopper with flip-up cover and 60" long x 12" wide incline cap feed conveyor with 1/2" high lugs set on 6" centers. 120" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic delron tabletop container conveyor with adjustable guide rails. Capper has cap chute, transfer shoe, double side belt container grippers, single head, air actuated chuck, no container / no cap and camera induction vision sensors, hand crank height adjustable and interlock safety guarding. Control panel has PLC controller with touch pad controls, operator interface with start, stop, and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame with leveling legs.

Automatic 4-station quill capper capable of speeds from 120 to 300 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Cap size range from 13mm to 89mm. Currently set for a 53mm cap. Container size range: 1/2 ounce to 1 gallon. Equipped with a 2" (W) x 130" (L) Delron chain product conveyor, bump wheels, 4-quill stations with self adjusting clutches, single gripper belt for container stability, variable speed controls, large capacity cap hopper with pin wheel sorter, E-stops and lexan guarding. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Last used in a cosmetic operation.

Resina Model UN30, automatic, inline, stainless steel, 3-station, 6 spindle capper rated from 30 to 150 caps per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap size range:10 mm to 70 mm with proper change parts. Equipped with 120" long x 4-1/2" wide container conveyor with bump wheel in feed container indexing, cap hopper with pin-type cap sorter, 36" long x 1" wide single side gripper belts, 3 station, 6 spindle cap tightners. Control panel has hopper, spindle, grippers and conveyor variable speed control dials with safety guarding and mounted on stainless steel base frame.
