Bundler: With 10" wide x 46" long in feed conveyor, 16" long product upending section with side product assist belts, 12" wide seal jaw and interlocking safety guarding. Control panel has touch screen HMI and statis light bar.
Single zone shrink tunnel: With 12" wide x 12" high aperature and 24" long shrink chamber with top mounted blower and has speed and velocity control dials and discharge cooling fan. Both mounted on (4) leveling leg frames with interlock guarding.

Product size range: 1" to 10" in Length; 1" to 12" in Width; up to 10" in Height. Equipped with a 10" wide x 96" long, one to two lane, in feed conveyor with an adjustable collation area up to 10" wide x 12" long and right angle pneumatic transfer arm. Bundler has top and bottom film rolls for an up to 17" wide web, top film perforation wheel, 18" wide heat seal jaws and product top hold down pad to hold bundle while being sealed. Integrated shrink tunnel with 12" High x 17" Wide x 30" Long heat chamber, with 60" long x 17" wide live roller conveyor and cooling fan. Control panel has an AB PLC with an AB PanelView Plus 600 display screen with touch pad controls, push button start / stop and digital temperature controllers for seal and tunnel.
