PDC Intl. Corp., model KST80-712, 304 stainless steel, dual zone steam shrink tunnel and conveyor with self-contained steam generators and number of containers per minute - depending on materials and application. Total aperture: 7" wide x 9¾" high. Equipped with 4½" wide x 187" long through conveyor with an infeed and discharge range of 32" to 36" powered by a 1 Hp drive, (2) 7" wide x 48" long drip trays at infeed and discharge, removable guide rails with a maximum width of 5¼", (2) zone 110" long tunnel, (2) 40 Hp (30 Kw) steam generators, steam manifold with adjustable flow controls, steam vents with adjustable flow control connected to a 12" diameter blower powered by a ½ Hp drive. Belt and blower controlled by devoted VFD , control panel with On/Off and touchpad HMI for heat control. Mounted on stainless steel frame. OAD: 194" L x 60" W x 78" H
