PSI-RP10SS SYS Powell Systems complete form, fill and seal bagging line. Bag size range: 6" to 10" in Width; 8" to 14" in length with proper change parts. Equipped with a dimpled vibratory feed hopper with 31" long x 31" wide x 16" deep hopper, 10¾" wide x 27½" long bed with 4" high side walls and 19" discharge height. Bucket elevator with white plastic product buckets with inside dimensions of 15" long x 4½" wide x 4" deep, 36" long horizontal floor run with a 17" long load area, 18" feed height, 124" vertical lift with 18½" wide frame, 65" overhead horizontal top run with 8" diameter discharge funnel with a 123" discharge height. 14 head combination scale capable of up to 140 weighs per minute from 14g to 2700g with an accuracy of ± 0.1grams. 8-station, pre-made pouch filler and sealer, equipped with 52" long automatic (2) belt pre-made pouch magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 8 stations for pouch loading, hot stamp date coder, zipper open, bag open, bag filling, spare station, pouch heat sealing, pouch cooling and discharge, with 43" long x 12" wide discharge belt conveyor.
