Fischbein Model PBC 6000, right to left, pre-applied glue, bag heat sealer rated from 0 to 85 linear feet per minute with number of bags – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Bag size range: 4" to 26" in Width up to 56" Length. Filled bag weight from 1 lbs to 110 lbs, will run most gusseted and flat bags. Equipped with front break away channel, bag guide with folding plow for single fold, electric heater to heat up and activate pre-applied glue, adjustable pressure 12" long dual compression belt section. Control panel has touch pad with heater on / off and motor run, auto, stop switches, bag jam detection, over temperature sensor shut down, with start, stop, e-stop push button controls. Mounted on hand crank height adjustable base frame with casters and 10′ long x 12" wide black PVC product belt conveyor.
