Rated from 25 to 300 caps per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap sizes from 28mm to 135mm. Equipped with a 30" wide x 33" long x 36" deep cap hopper, 11" wide live bottom watterfall conveyor with ¾" high cleats set on 6" centers, adjustable cap chute, 4½" wide x 128" long container conveyor with bump wheel indexing, 1" wide x 24" long single side belt container gripper, (4) sets of spindle-driven quills with (3) sets of air clutch. Control panel with touch screen HMI. Mounted on a stainless steel frame.
