Lee, model 30GALD9MT, 30 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel contact parts, variable speed, tilt out double motion agitation, cart mounted, jacketed kettle. Vessel dimensions: 23" diameter with a 10" straight wall and 22" total depth. Equipped with bolt down lid with a 44" infeed height, tilt out bridge mounted scrape surface agitation powered by a 2 Hp drive, flush mounted temperature probe, 5" diameter sight glass, 3" Tri-clamp discharge with ball valve and 6½" clearance to cart. Mounted on stainless steel cart with locking casters.

Ross, Model 42N-25S, 30 ft³ total (25 ft³ workable), 316 stainless steel, double ribbon mixer with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions of: 60" in Length; 29" in Width; 33" in Depth. Equipped with flip up cover, flip cover has a 18" x 10" hatch and a 12" diameter open vent, 89" infeed height, 3½" OD mixing shaft with 28½" diameter x ½" thick stainless steel ribbons powered by 10 Hp variable speed drive, 4" diameter Tri-clamp center bottom discharge with slide gate valve and 50" ground clearance. Mounted on 45" high leg extensions.
