PDC Model 75E, automatic, stainless steel, continuous motion, shrink neck bander and sleever. Rated from 30 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Neck band size range: 3.5″ OD x 6″ high. Full shrink sleeve size range: 3.5″ OD x 9″ high. Equipped with 144″ long x 3-14″ wide delron product conveyor with 36″ in feed / discharge height and container senser. 24″ long worm screw container indexing, powered stepper motor film feed with bottom film unwind disc, feed rollers, film tensioner, film registration, low material, film out sensor, splice table with splice detector sensor to stop machine, film forming wedge, blade assembly and hand crank jog with PDC Model BDE-102 air reject with catch basket. Control panel has A/B CPU controller and touchscreen operator interface with machine raise / lower switch, machine power on, start, reset and e-stop push button controls. A/B powerflex vari speed controls, Hirshmann ethernet switch RS2-TX/TX and control tower stack light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with 47″ long x 37″ wide x 54″ high enclosed interlocking plastic safety guarding.
