Rated from 5 to 20 cases per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum case size: 24" in Length; 18" in Width; 12" in Depth. Equipped with a 40" wide x 16" long roller conveyor carton infeed, 48" long 5 band eagle belt 90° transfer into carton upender, 116" long carton accumulation belt with a 1" wide overhead hold down conveyor, single side load ram arm, 30" wide x 84" long powered case magazine, 3 suction cup reciprocating pick and place, 2 lugged chains set on 45" centers, Nordson hot melt glue system and case tipper discharge. Control panel has an AB controller with an AB DL30 display, push button start / stop and run / jog switch. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
