“Quick Start” Program

Getting a product to market on time and without any flaws can be a huge challenge for many companies, large and small. Plant and Maintenance Managers alike have an abundance of projects to oversee. Unexpected challenges within a plant can create many obstacles these managers need to overcome.

Time is the most critical variable that these managers need to manage. Sometimes, however, managing a timeframe is out of their control. Product or marketing mistakes occur, lines breakdown unexpectedly, etc. These problems and more push a production line past the original scheduled to market date, and this, of course, is unacceptable.

Installation of a new line for a new project is another factor that often leads to setbacks. This does not suggest that the mechanic who runs the plant’s lines can’t install the new production line, though. Only that he simply does not have the time. The problems that occur hinder any mechanic from properly installing the machine, training himself and others on the machine, getting production started on the machine and eventually running the line smoothly and efficiently.

Most of these mentioned problems are unavoidable. Machines break, mechanics are injured. Adjustments need to be made to keep production flowing. Fortunately, lacking the time for a mechanic to train himself on a new production line that needs to be installed has a simple solution. The Frain Group offers field service referred to as the Frain “Quick Start” Program. This can be utilized on any project that goes through Frain’s Custom Shop. A service technician, with over 60+ hours of work experience on your machine, will be sent to your facility to help you install, set up, and train any persons needing to operate your line. Service will be scheduled in advance of your Factory Acceptance Test at a low, flat rate. Frain’s Quick Start Program eliminates any worry about getting your product to market on time.
