Many may know that every one of our machines is certified pre-owned and that each undergoes a thorough inspection and refurbishment.
Even before we display the units to our customers via email, online, or in person, we put our machines through a pre-certification exercise to ensure the machines meet Frain certified standards.
What does this mean?
Frain mechanics, technicians, and engineers make sure each Frain unit undergoes the following:
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and esthetic inspection
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Replace missing components
- Polish and repaint the unit
And this all happens before a customer expresses interest in a machine.
The best part is that our pre-certification allows us to provide a 6-month warranty on all repaired/replaced components and a 2-week right of return to all our customers.
