Just wanted to thank you and Gio for the fantastic support we received on startup. The machine is currently running and while we did run through a vacuum cup, I received the tracking information for the ones being overnighted. Gio was wonderful in teaching our folks how to make adjustments to the equipment and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He was definitely an asset on our site these passed two days.
