However, here are five more key ways we help you make your equipment purchase successful:

1.  Start with the Right Machine(s) 

Unlike many companies, the first person you will discuss your project with at Frain will be our one of our engineers.  After matching your packaging or processing machinery requirements with one of our machines, they will request product samples from you and setup a follow up call to ensure questions are answered from all sides before moving forward.  If you’re just in a hurry to get any machine, we probably can’t help.  But if you want a working machine, custom fit to your application as fast as possible – you’ve come to the right place.

We don’t sell machinery “as is.”  We verify that the machinery we have will work for you and customize it to meet your needs.  Only after discussing your project with you (and your team if applicable) can we give you a quote to put you in the best position to succeed.

2.  Look Past Money

Whether you’re a start up, medium or large company, you may have lots of money, but no budget set aside for this project.  Look past cost and get started with renting or leasing.  If the project doesn’t continue or succeed as approximately 80% of CPG projects do – return the equipment and limit the damage you would have incurred with traditional, purchased equipment.

3.  Mitigate Risk

Your project is only as good as your idea.  Even if Frain can help you get an idea to market faster – it doesn’t mean it’s a good one.  However, getting to know what works and what doesn’t faster will help.  And, when you can rent the machinery and return it to Frain when finished testing the market, you can mitigate risk or exposure to bad ideas.  You’ll never be stuck with thousands of dollars of perfectly good machinery used to execute an idea that didn’t stick.

4.  Get It Fast

Once qualified, we’ll get your machinery to you much sooner than traditional channels.  We’re typically faster by months.  This helps our customers get to market faster, maximize revenue, and gain insights faster than their competition.  Just as convenience is highly preferred by CPG consumers, it’s also a huge benefit to our customers.
