Back to Search ResultsAdmix, Model FF-425, 316 Stainless steel, in-line, integrated mixing system, incorporates SPX Model 2065LR pump with Model Dynashear DS-425 high shear mixer and emulsifier, with pounds and gallons of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 25" OD x 26" deep (25 gallon) stainless steel conical dry product hopper with safety grid.
SPX 2065LR liquid ring pump with 2½" OD / 2" ID front ports, 6½" impeller and 7½ Hp drive. Model DS-425 high shear mixer with 2½" OD / 2" ID sanitary ports, 2" OD rotor / stator mixing head and 7½ Hp motor drive.
Control panel has pump and blender start / stop and e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.
Examples:
Granulated (sugar / salt) up to 200 lbs. per minute
and Xanthan up to 15 lbs. per minute
OAD: 60" L x 36" W x 37" H
