Stretch Wrapper Semi Auto machines wrap stretch film around a skid of product. The film is pre-stretched by the stretch wrapper before being wrapped around the skid of product. Semi-automatic stretch wrappers require an operator to load and unload the skid of product and to attached the first part of the film.
Lantech Model Q300, semi automatic, low profile, extended column, stretch wrapper rated from 5 to 35 pallets per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Capacities: 30" to 54" in Length x 30" to 54" in Width x 30" to 110" in Height with maximum load capacity of 4,000 lbs. Equipped with 65" diameter turntable and has ramp with extended height column. 20" long film roll on 3" OD core, power roller-stretch film delivery system to 200% pre-stretch (standard). Control panel with carriage controls, start, stop and e-stop controls.
