Carle Montanari Model Nanoflex 275/205 is a intermittent motion chocolate loose mold plant. 5 up to 15 molds per minute and 600 to 700 kg per hour depending on material and application. Currently set with 275mm × 205mm molds but non standard sizes are also available as an option. Equipped with Carle Montanari OPM 5,500 lb and Carle Montanari OPM 3,000 lb water jacketed and agitated, electrically heated and stainless steel chocolate tanks with thermostats and is one shot capable with one split hopper included and one shot depositing plates. Continuous mixer above depositor hopper with flex screw conveyor feeder, depositor, vibration section. cross conveyor, tower cooling tunnel 8+8, demoulding section, cross conveyor mold heater with scraping roller and inspection station to check for clean mold. If not clean, it is rejected. Control panel with touch pad contoller has readout and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame.

5 roll mill used as a refiner for chocolate masses, creams, soaps, or inks, to ensure homogeneous product fineness. Each roller is 15" in diameter and 43" W with a working surface of 39.5" W and is jacketed for heating/cooling. The refiner features a product bin and receiver measuring 39" W x 51" T, and also has hydraulic roller height adjustments, control box with hour meter, plow lift/down, auto feed/clean out and E-stop. Unit allows independent control of the first roll rotation speed through a variable speed drive unit. The first roll is brought near the second roll, which remains fixed in position, by means of a hydraulic cylinder equipped with a precise positioning system. The centrifuged cast iron rolls have an extremely hard outer surface to allow for long life and limited wear.

Carle Montanari, Model V-Pack1 CD/CB4/B and Model CM-BS/EC in feed, Automatic, continous motion, high speed, single top twist wrapper rated from 200 to 350 pieces per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. Product size range top twist format: 22mm to 32mm base diameter and 15mm to 26mm in height, double paper (inner and outer) with maximum diameter of 300mm. Maximum web width of 140mm. Equipped with 19½" wide powered chicaning product in feed conveyor down to single filing the product into 7½" wide infeed conveyor with product sensor for no product / no paper, electric eye for registered print centering and has stop wrapper device if has no wrapping material (from breakage or end of reel). Control panel has PLC controller with touch pad controls and panel view for the in feed conveyor and wrapper, with start and e-stop push buttons, statis light bar, servo motor drives and discharge chute and is mounted on heavy duty frame. Designed to wrap molded or enrobed flat base chocolates in single twist style.
