E Pak, 40" diameter, stainless steel, rotary disc accumulator with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with stainless steel 40" disc with variable speed dial, adjustable side rails and a table height of 31" to 38".

E-Pak, 4 head, inline, stainless steel gear pump filler. Equipped with 12 long by 4.5" wide Delrin conveyor, Bimba indexing system, four 5/8" OD diving positive cut-off nozzles, four gear pumps and product reservoir with float recovery system. A/B PLC with Panel View (NEMA 12 electrics and Ethernet port) and interlocked guarding. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration. 316 Stainless steel contact parts. 304 Stainless steel non-contact parts. Leveling legs adjustable from 32" to 38" in feed and discharge height.

E Pak, 7½" wide x 118" long Delrin belt conveyor with powered 13" wide x 40" long overhead belt compression overlid applicator. Both belts with seperate VFD controls.

E Pak, Automatic, inline, 10-head, stainless steel, time-based gravity filler. Fill capacity from 1oz to 5 gallons with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 4½" wide x 235" long plastic delrin container conveyor, pneumatic container indexing, 87" long filling head slide bar has (10) 2½" OD stainless steel diving nozzles with adjustable centers, (2) 45" long drip trays and 45½" long x 17½" wide x 18" deep product tank. Control panel has touch screen operator interface with power / pump on / off and machine up / down switches. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and height adjustable locking legs.
OAD: 240"L x 38"W x 96"H
E-Pak, 6 head, inline, stainless steel, positive displacement filler rated from 10 to 50 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All 316 stainless steel contact parts and gear pumps. Fill range: 3oz to gallon with +/- 2% on 3oz fills. Capable of handling most type of products from low to medium to high viscosity liquids as well as foamy product with a temperature range from 0 to 220 Deg F into a wide variety of containers all with proper change parts. Equipped with 228" long x 7-1/2" wide plastic delron product in feed conveyor with bimba indexing drip pan, 72" long hand crank height adjustable slide bar and (6) 316 stainless steel sanitary gear pumps with 3/4" OD filling nozzles and (2) flow pumps for each fill head with positvie cut off. Control panel has A/B controller with touch pad controls and panel view with pressure air tank. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
