FAM Model ILC, all stainless steel construction, slices, strip cuts and dices up to 2,205 pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" x 17" stainless steel product feed hopper, 11" OD product port to processing chamber, and has combination of 3 cutting tools for flexibility in choice of cut-sizes and shapes with little juice loss, no cellular damage for smooth cut surfaces, all contributing to extended shelf-life. Cut sizes, Flat slices: 1,60 mm to 28 mm. crinkle slices 3,20 mm to 25 mm. Strip cuttting: circular knife cuts: 2,50 mm to 76 mm, crosscut knife cuts: 4 mm to 64 mm. Dices: flat cut: 3 mm to 64 mm, crinkle cut: 7,10 mm to 16 mm and all knives are changeable for high-capacity production of various applications such as vegetables, fruits and potato processing with proper change parts. Control panel has start, stop and e-stop controls with readout. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety switch and casters.
