R41360 JBT Food Tech, model Static Retort A146, stainless steel, batch, cooking, sterilizing and cooling retort system rated up to a 10,500 Lbs. batch capacity with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Chamber dimensions: 250″ long with a 56″ interior diameter. Equipped with 240″ long chain basket conveyor powered by a 3 Hp drive, manually operated 60″ diameter door, Alfa Laval M6-FG plate and frame heat exchanger with 174.4 Ft² surface transfer area, 4 Hp centrifugal blower. Control panel with touchscreen HMI. Mounted on cradle style frame.
