Kalish, automatic stainless steel water fall style cap elevator / feeder and sorter. Rated from 50 to 300 caps per minute – depending on materials and application. Capable of handling screw, snap or childproof caps (with proper change parts). Equipped with a 10" wide x 75" long cleated cap conveyor belt with ¼" high cleats on 4½" centers, 25" long x 24" wide x 15" deep stainless steel bulk product hopper, 20" long discharge chute with 54" discharge height.

Kalish LS4000 automatic, inline, stainless steel, pressure sensitive, wrap labeler capable of speeds from 20 to 100 cpm – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: 40mm – 130mm in Length; 28mm – 99mm in Width; 50mm – 350mm in Height. Label size range: 15mm – 255mm in Length; 20mm – 200mm in Width. Equipped with a 12′ long x 4-1/2" wide conveyor, chain aligner product spacer, product top hold down, no container/no label. 300mm maximum roll diameter on a 45mm OD core.

Equipped with a 34" wide x 21" long x 15" deep (5 ft³) cap hopper, 10½" wide x 60" long cleated cap conveyor belt with ¼" high cleats on 3" centers, 40" long adjustable discharge chute with 37" discharge height. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters.

Equipped with a 10½" wide x 55" long cleated cap conveyor belt with ¼" high cleats on 6" centers, 21" long x 33" wide x 16" deep (approx 5 ft³) stainless steel bulk product hopper, 16" long adjustable cap size discharge chute. Elevator on height adjustable stand with a 61" to 72" discharge range. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters.

SuperCap II stainless steel quill capper. Cap size range: 24mm to 120mm. Container size range: up to 6" in Diameter; up to 12" in Height. Equipped with 10 cu ft hopper, waterfall cap orientate / feeder and four spindle stations, Ceco gages and adjustable clutch. Mounted on leveling legs. Speeds dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.
