Kaps All Model FE4, semi-automatic, 2 station, 4 spindle, stainless steel, cap retorquer rated from 5 to 90 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Cap size range: 8mm to 70mm and capable of handling most types of caps. Container size range: 1oz to gallons, of plastic, metal, or glass (both with proper change parts). Equipped with stainless steel, container conveyor with 4-1/2" wide x 120" long and has plastic Delrin belt with vari-speed controller, 25" long x 1" wide single container gripper belts, hand crank adjustable and has (2) station (4) spindle non-marring cap retorquing section with adjustable torque clutches and safety guarding. Control panel has spindle and gripper on / off switches with speed control dials, raise / lower switch, pressure gauges and start / e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel "U" shape frame with leveling legs.

Cap size range: 8mm to 120mm, Equipped with 6" wide x 120" long conveyor, side container gripper belts, 4 station, 8 spindle non-marring cap tighteners with adjustable torque clutches. Control panel has spindle and gripper belt on / off switches with speed controls dials, raise / lower switch, start, e-stop and status light. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Equipped with 6" wide x 120" long Delran container conveyor, top mounted 24" diameter rotary cap orientator, adjustable width cap chute set-up for standard flat caps, stainless steel enclosure with Lexan safety doors and motorized capper head height adjustment. Control panel with controls for spindle / gripper speed, raise / lower, start / stop / e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on "C" style base with casters and leveling legs.

Kaps All, Model FA-R-24, Automatic, 24 head, stainless steel, rotary pressure filler rated from 60 to 240 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size: up to 4½" in Diameter: up to 12" in Height (with proper change parts). Equipped with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge, 46" OD table with (24) (5/8)" OD stainless steel nozzles set on 5" centers, no container / no fill and 43" long x 12" wide x 16" deep product reservoir. Control panel has AB PLC with an AB PanelView 600 touch screen HMI and push button start / stop. Mounted on a (4) leg frame with safety door guarding.

Kaps All, Model VOL-32-4, Automatic, stainless steel, 4 head piston filler, with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with 4½" wide x 145" long Delran container conveyor belt with pneumatic gate indexing, 32" long x 14" wide x 20" deep product hopper, (4) 36oz. pistons, with ¾"OD diving nozzles. Control panel has A/B controller with push button start / stop, on / off and multi-stroke selection switches and conveyor speed control dial. Mounted heavy duty frame with casters.
