Kemutec, Model K65C, stainless steel, centrifugal sifter. Equipped with 6" OD product in feed port, 18" OD chamber with 10" ID x 24" Long hygenic sifting screen with a screen area of 744 in², hinged oversize end door with 6" OD discharge and 10" OD bottom discharge chute with 30" floor clearance and has 3 Hp motor drive with safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters. Ideal for de-agglomerate, scalp or classify product down to a uniform size. Rates dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Top and front hinged bolt down access doors with interlock safety switches, bottom 9" OD , 5" ID bolted flange for dust collection, 12" Long x 4-1/2" OD removable hygienic sifting screen and scrape paddles. End bottom 3" ID discharge chute with 22" floor clearance, 3/4 Hp motor drive has on / off switch with high frequency controller. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters.

KeK Gardner Model K300C, cantilever shaft design, centrifugal sifter rated from 3 to 5 tons of product per hour – depending on materials, application and screen size. Stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 20" long x 9" ID chamber with screen (change part per application) 9" ID front swing open access door with interlock safety switch and 26" long x 3" OD removable screw. Top 12" long x 9" wide bolt down access door with interlock safety switch and 7" OD / 3-3/4" ID top flanged product port has (4) 1/2" bolt holes on 4" centers. 3-1/2" ID bottom oversize product discharge port with 25" floor clearence and 9" OD / 3-1/2" ID flanged fine dust powder discharge with (6) 1/2" bolts sent on 4" centers and 20" floor clearence. Motor drive and e-stop. Mounted on "H" style base frame with Locking casters. Ideal for de-agglomerating, scalping, classifying and conditioning of product down to a uniform size.
