Merrill Model 72-16AH, automatic, stainless steel, inline tablet / capsule dumper, slat counter and filler rated from 20 to 100 bottles per minute – depending materials, size container and count. Will accept (72) x 16" wide slats. Equipped with 32" long x 20" wide x 13" deep vibratory product hopper, dust collector, slat shaker, air jets, with safety light bar. Control panel has A/B CPU with swing arm touch pad controller and dual readout screens and print capablitites. Stainless steel, 360 degree swivel rotation drum dumper with 120" high columm, 13" diameter x 24" long barrel holder with dual barrel clamps and 80" discharge height.

Equipped with 30 sets of 6" wide slats, rotating brush, connections for dust collection system, pin bar ejection and funnels with a divider chute. Control panel has push button start/stop and variable speed dials for filler speed, bottom vibrator, side vibrator and hopper vibrator. Mounted on base frame.

Merrill, Model 48-39AH, stainless steel, Inline, slat tablet / capsule / soft gel counter and filler. Rated from 50 to 250 on 100 count bottles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 7½" wide x 230" long delrin belt conveyor, (48) 39" long x 1¾" wide slats, 70" long dual timing screw, dual lane funnels with (20) funnels per lane for total of (40) ¾"ID funnels set on 2" centers. Swing arm control panel has pull to start / push to stop for counter and conveyor. On / off switches for feeder, bottle, index, conveyor, vibratory bottom, slat shacker, front and rear gate. Variable speed controller and digital slat / container counter. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
