Ocme, Model Altair N 50, Automatic, inline, wrap around case packer/tray packer and hot melt glue sealer, rated up to 50 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: Per application. Capable of packing bottles, cans, jars, canisters and small packages made of plastic, glass and metal, in round, square, oval, triangular and other container shapes and sizes with proper change parts. Can handle various products such as lube oils, edible oils as well as beverage products. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 36" centers and 3" high lugs, 41" wide x 132" long product in feed conveyor with lane divider and squaring device, 96" long auto blank case magazine, 56" long carton despenser and feed ramp carton inserter, top product assist conveyor and Nordson hot melt glue system with wrap station and compression discharge. Remote control panel has PLC controller with OCME swing arm controls and digital readout. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding.

Ocme, Model DORADO 162 LF, Automatic, low level, single lane, bulk container depalletizer. Rated to 2.5 layers per minute or 150 layers per hour with number of containers – depending on materials and application. Pallet sizes: 40" x 40" and 40 x 48 with maximum payload of 600 kg. capable of handling glass, metal and plastic containers. Equipped with automatic bracket feeder, pallet lifter, pneumatic grippers, wooden frame and layer of pads removers, double leaf door, T type safety light curtains. Multiple pincher fingers grip slip sheets during sweep cycle and stack them in magazine. Low level container and empty pallet discharge conveyor with empty pallet stacker. Control panel has A/B PLC, with push button and switch controls also has A/B VFD with statis light bar and is ethernet capable. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding.
