Orics Ind Model 2 lane, inline, stainless steel, cup / tray denster, filler, roll stock film, heat sealer and over lidder, with number of trays / cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size and fill volume per application (with proper change parts). Equipped with 150" long cup / tray conveyor has 17" long x 7-1/2" wide carrier plates with dual 4" long x 3-1/2" wide rectangle tray pockets, (2) 36" long tray de-nest magazines, filling section (type filler is per application). automatic film roll stock feeder and rewinder with dual die cut heat sealing stations and dual lid magazines with applicators. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B panel swing arm controls and panelview has (2) heater temperature controllers, machine on / off and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.

Orics, Model VFND1603, automatic, stainless steel, 3 head piston filler with hopper. Rated from 5 to 30 cycles per minute with number of containers – depending on materials and application. Fill size range: 1 oz to 20 oz (per piston). Equipped with 18" diameter x 27" deep stainless steel product hopper with top cover. (3) 3" ID x 6" long stainless steel air assist pistons and (3) 2"OD / 1½"ID Triclamp discharge connections. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leveling leg frame with casters.

Orics, Model ACP-150, automatic, stainless steel, inline overlidder. Rated from 20 to 150 lids per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 120" long x 7" wide plastic Delrin conveyor with adjustable guide rails, 24" long worm screw in feed, 46" long powered spinning roller lid magazine and 11" long compression belt. Control panel with a GE Fanuc controller, push button start / stop controls and on / off switches.
