Pester, Model PEWO-pack 250 COMPACT, automatic, inline, stretch bundler. Rated from 10 to 35 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Package size range: 20mm to 80mm in Length x 20mm to 80mm in Width x 60mm to 300mm in Height. Equipped with 20" wide x 70" long 90° in feed conveyor with 35" infeed height, overhead 1 to 2 lane pick and place arm, single arm carton flipper, single arm product ram through 10" wide seal jaw. Control panel with AB controller and an AB touchscreen HMI. Mounted on base frame with height adjustable legs, and casters.

Pester Model Pewo Fold, automatic, cut and fold, horizontal overwrapper and can also be operated as a band sealer rated up to 50 cycles per minute with number of packages – depending on materials and application. Package size range: Length to 250mm (9.85"); Width to 400mm (15.75"), Height to 140 mm (5.5") and is capable of running polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC films, with minimum / maximum film widths of: 90mm (3.6"); 400mm (15.75") and minimum / maximum film thickness of: 0.02mm to 0.05mm. Equipped with waterfall up ender, up-stacker, multiple row collation, film registration, metric scales for adjustments, dual film arbors, empty roll sensor, static eliminator, hand crank adjustable with in feed / discharge belt conveyors and statis light. Control panel has PLC. controller with push button controls and e-stop with sealing jaws, back-up time and machine function statis gauges. Mounted on base frame with interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.

Pester, Model 450, automatic in line stainless steel, shrink bundler. Rated from 10 to 40 cycles per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application pack pattern and machine configuration. Bundle size range: 1" to 9½" in Length; up to 16" in Width; ¼" to 4½" in Height. Equipped with inline in feed with product upender and product upstacking, single arm product ram and after wrap top hold-down. Utilizes film up to 16" wide. Tunnel aperture is 8" high x 18" wide with a tunnel length of 46" and a 62" long x 17½" wide mesh conveyor belt. Additional features include interlocking barrier guarding and touch pad control panel. Mounted on adjustable leveling pads.
