Qualtech, 1000 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel, sweep agitated, single wall tank. Vessel dimensions: 66″ ID with a 66″ straight wall. Equipped with bridge mounted full flat and angled blade sweep agitator powered by a 3 Hp drive, 20″ diameter top mounted manway with flip up bolt down lid, (2) CIP balls mounted on 3″ Tri-clamp fed by 1″ Tri-clamp, 3″ Tri-clamp discharge with 20″ ground clearance. Mounted on (4) legs.

Slant side bottoms and end bottom discharges into a 10 HP Alfa Laval model 9634058630 centrifugal pump with a 2½" suction and 2" discharge. Control Panel has AB touch screen HMI, chart recorder and status light bar. Mounted on stainless steel skid.
