Rasch, Model RUBESTZ, Semi automatic, intermittent motion, bottom fold, foil wrapping machine with number of wraps per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 20¾" OD, 18 pocket hand loaded product disc, 8" wide dual foil film unwind rolls with foil cut-off section and has a product pusher bar thru the cut foil, 8 sets of rotary horizontal product grippers to intermittent motion bottom foil folding section and 32" long x 2" wide product discharge conveyor. Mounted on base frame with casters and leveling legs.

Rasch, Model TR, tempering machine rated 200 to 2000 Kg capacity per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 38" diameter x 15" deep mixing chamber (70 gal), bridge mounted 1½ Hp auger / scrape mixer, with lift off cover, 10 Hp bottom auger drive and 1½" NPT discharge. Control panel with heaters, screw auger, agitator and circulator controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
