Foodesign / Spray Dynamic, Model QSD – 3072 – SD / 201, is a 29" OD, stainless steel, continuous motion coating drum with production rates per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 29" OD x 78" long coating drum with (12) 2" wide fixed interior soft flight baffles 22" diameter charge, 24" diameter discharge at 35" high, Unispense dry ingrediants feeder and liquid spray system. Control panel has Unispence start, stop, enable buttons with speed controller and digital readout.

Spray Dynamic, Soft Flight, 38" OD, stainless steel, continuous motion coating drum with rates of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 38" ID x 99" long coating drum with (8) 3" wide fixed interior soft flight baffles 26" diameter charge, 28" diameter discharge. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with ¾ Hp blower and ¾ Hp pump.

Equipped with a 12" diameter x 18" deep stainless steel product hopper, prop style agitator, spray arm, positive shut off nozzles, and variable speed controls. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Designed for coating drum, blender, belt and auger systems.

Spray Dynamics, Model Uni-Spense, Dry ingredient distributor with stainless steel conveyor. Rated from 5 to 800 lbs per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 34" wide x 65" long wire belt, 16" diameter x 30" deep product hopper with (4) blade agitation and a 60" long x 1¼" OD auger with 34" distribution span and (2) vibrators. Control panel has push button start and stop controls with variable speed dials.

UNI-SPENCE Model ll automatic dry ingredients feed system, with 2 ft³ agitated supply hopper and Tri-clamp style liquid spray connection. Control panel with on / off, drum speed and dry feed speed controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters.
