Viking Masek, stainless steel construction, 40″ diameter disc accumulation table with number of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 40″ diameter stainless steel concave disc that allows the bags to slide to center allowing for more accumulation and variable speed contoller. Mounted on stainless steel frame with adjustable legs and a table height of 35″.

Viking Masek, Model 8S-235, Automatic, rotary, intermittent motion, 8-station, pre-made pouch filler and sealer rated up to 50 pouches per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Pouch size range: 3½” to 9¼” in Width x up to 12½” in Length. Equipped with 84″ long automatic (3) belt pre-made pouch magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 8 stations for pouch loading, zipper open, spare station bag open, bag filling, gas flush, pouch heat sealing, pouch cooling and discharge, with 40″ long x 10¼” wide discharge belt conveyor, 72″ long x 11¾” wide take away conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC with touch screen controller and HMI with statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and leveling legs.

All Stainless steel construction. Bag or pouch size range of: 2.3" to 15.75" long x 3.1" to 10.5" wide. Film Roll size of: 28" width maximum. Equipped with Spee Dee single head auger filler and product hopper, fill tube, dual side belt assist, 17" long lap seal bar with 11¼" wide horizontal seal jaws with product discharge chute. Control panel has PLC controller with panel view controls and start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs and interlock safety doors.

Rated up to 30 cycles per minute depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum film width of 200mm. Maximum roll diameter of 400mm.
