Equipped with 41" ID x 45" Deep product chamber and 45" OD swing open, clamp down see thru chamber door with (4) 36" long x 24" wide stainless steel shelves and has internal condenser with shelf temperatures from – 45 Deg C to + 65 Deg C, ice capacity of 100 lbs and vacuum is controlled at 5 microns absolute with sterilizing medium of gas and steam. Start and stop push button controls, refrigeration high and low pressure, silicone and heat level gauges with drain valve and defrost water inlet. Mounted on (4) leg base with casters.
