Volumetric Technology Inc, servo driven, (4) head piston and 2-up inline cup filler, sealer. Rated from 5 to 50 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. All 316 stainless steel, FDA / USDA approved material contact parts. Fill size range depending on piston and container being run, with accuries of +/- .25 of 1% on homogenous products with proper change parts. Equipped with 24" x 20" x 24" stainless steel conical product hopper and (4) 2-1/2" OD x 11" long stainless steel pistons with (4) 2" OD positive cut off nozzles with power on / off, every / every other, manual / auto mode and single cycle control switches. 2-up configuration cup filler, sealer with 112" long x 15" wide cup conveyor, has 14-1/2" long x 6" wide cup carrier plates, has 18" high dual end roller cup denesters with no container / no fill, (2) dual fill stations, roll stock film with servo rewind, dual head heat sealers and film cut-off. Control panel has A/B controller with Quickpanel mini panel view, (2) Watlow heater controllers and start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.

Volumetric Technologies, semi-automatic, 316 stainless steel, single head, table top piston filler. Fill range: .03 oz to 16 oz. with proper change parts. Fill accuracy +/- .25 of 1% volume. Equipped with conical 5 gallon product hopper, 1½" ID piston (0.5 to 9.75 oz range), ½"ID positive cut off nozzle, adjustment with gauge, fill speed adjustment, toggle switch activation and foot pedal control.
