Rated from 35 up to 150 bottles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Capable of doing flat, oval, round, and rectangular containers – with proper change parts. Label widths: 1" to 5½". Label Height: (3/5)" to 12½". Container size range: 1(3/5)" to 4(7/10)" in Diameter; 1(3/5)" to 14" in Height. Equipped with a 3¼" wide x 190" long stainless steel conveyor, worm screw in feed, star wheel in feed / out feed, an 8-position carousel, 4-position gripper drum, (1) labeling station with 19½"L magazine and a 21" long x 8" high wrap belt discharge. Control panel with Siemens controller, push button start / stop / reset, variable speed control dial, interlocked barrier guarding and E-Stop. Mounted on a stainless steel frame.
