Aesus, Model Premier, Top and bottom, high speed, pressure sensitive carton labeler. Rated from 1.600" to 4.700" with 0.08" to 0.12" gap width range and up to 280 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 124" long infeed conveyor and 206" long thru labeler carton conveyor with a combination of (6) Herma Model 400 wipe on label heads (4) on top and (2) on bottom that apply pressures sensitive labels to the product (size of labels per application) with a redundancy system that allows you to manually switch to second label head when principal label head is low or did not apply label and has 12" OD label reel on 3" OD core and 64" long discharge conveyor with 16" long dual side belt compression section and has operating temperatures of 32 Deg F to 176 Deg F with a maximum humidity rating of 35% to 85% free of condinsation and has IP66 type protection system with vision cameras, high speed rejection and confirmation. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B swivel HMI touch screen controls. and start, stop, reset, e-stops buttons and statis light bars. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding.
