Stainless steel water circulating pump with integral strainer and level control. Electric safety inter-locked drum door. Control panel with timer, motor starters and audio alarm. Unique "Gentle Cycle" feature that accommodating tumble-chilling of even the most delicate food products. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
