Cooler equipment is designed to cool product. Cooler equipment can either be continuous or batch style. With continuous cooler equipment, product enters one end of the cooler and exits the other end of the cooler already cooler. With batch cooler equipment, product is placed within the cooler and is taken out of the cooler after a certain time has elapsed. See also cooling tunnels.
Savage, 36" x 96L stainless steel frame jacketed table top designed to withstand 100 PSI. Ribbed table top to prevent twisting or deflection during alternate cooling/heating cycles from steam or water source. Equipped with a 34½" wide x 94½" long working space, hinged perimeter of table and 32" loading height.

Sollich KT620S cooling table with jacketed bed for chilled glycol water with universal convection cooling from above and intensive cold water or glycol contact cooling below, Equipped with 24" wide x 300" long neoprene conveyor belt, total aperture of 3-1/8" high by 25" wide, usable aperture of 2-3/4" in height by 24" in width. Top belt: 258" long x 3½" wide mild steel mesh style belt. Middle belt: 183" long x 23" wide stainless steel mesh style belt. Bottom belt: 185" long x 37¾" wide stainless steel mesh style belt with a 34" discharge height. Powered by a ¾ hp drive. Includes a 5 HP blower unit.

FMC, 20" Wide x 144" Long, stainless steel, poly mesh belt, cooling tunnel. Equipped with a hooded top cover, 4" high product containment rails, and a 5" wide x 10" long discharge. Mounted on a hollow stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs. Requires air handling package. Air is blown in through bottom 16"ID port, passes through a filter box and exhausts through 16" ID port on top hood.
