Sollich, Model UT420, 16" wide chocolate enrober with 16" wide x 44" long mesh conveyor, top or top and bottom enrobing chamber. Integral tempering with refrigeration compressor. Equipped with self contained positive displacement pump, 16" diameter x 12" deep heated reservoir with (3) rotary scrapers, cascade style enrobing pan, and excess chocolate blower. Control panel with start / stop buttons, digital temperature control, and variable speed dials. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Sollich KT620S cooling table with jacketed bed for chilled glycol water with universal convection cooling from above and intensive cold water or glycol contact cooling below, Equipped with 24" wide x 300" long neoprene conveyor belt, total aperture of 3-1/8" high by 25" wide, usable aperture of 2-3/4" in height by 24" in width. Features (5) 59" long tunnel sections with air tight polyurethane hoods. Control panel has conveyor on / off switch and speed control dial with e-stop and AB Power Flex controller. Mounted on leveling legs. Product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Requires external chiller.

Equipped with (12) plate tempering chamber, water jacketed, scrape surface agitated zones, top and side 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp product ports and modular water flow system. Control panel has AB controller and AB PanelView controls. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel frame.

Sollich Model EMM-820, 32" wide, stainless steel top / bottom chocolate enrober pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Enrober equipped with 32" wide x 72" long stainless steel wire mesh product conveyor that runs thru the length of the enrober and has 40" in feed and discharge height. Chocolate flow pan, blower, overhead heaters, air duct, detailer, shaker, chocolate supply port, product service pan, PD circulation pump and hand crank adjustable, with flip-up safety doors. Control panel has temperature controller with digital read out, belt speed, blower, top heating and light package, chocolate and supply pump controls with e-stop.

Sollich, Model MST 1500 V, chocolate tempering machine with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 3 stage digital tempering controls with final stage temperature readout, water temperature controls, recirculating pumps, 11 vertical stacked plates 25 Hp motor drive with gear reducer and de-tempering return tube. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
