Back to All EquipmentNew England Model NERCA12, rotary 12 head, stainless steel, rotary chuck capper. Rated from 50 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap size range: 13mm to 89mm, container size range: 1" to 5" in diameter; 2" to 7" in height with proper change parts. Equipped with star wheel container and cap indexing, a 22" diamter rotary turret with 12 friction chuck capper heads set on 5¼" centers, collet pull pins for quick release change overs; adaptable to a wide variety of caps and containers. Control panel has an A/B controller with AB PanelView 600 and interlock safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
