Equipped with 64" wide x 60" long x 34" deep empty bottle hopper with 35" wide x 40" long live bottom conveyor 35" wide vertical bottle elevator with 3¾" high cleats on 12" centers, 60" OD container sorting bowl with container size range of (5/8)" to 6½" OD x up to 12" in Height and capable of handling variety of sizes and shapes including round, oval, straight-wall, tapered and non-tapered containers with proper change parts. 20" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender, ionized air bottle cleaning station and (3) sets of 1½" wide x 24" long dual soft belt container transfer system. Control panel has an A/B controller with push button start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding doors.
