NJM / Beltorque Model BT-IC Inline, stainless steel, belt style cap tightener, with cap feeder rated from 30 to 300 containers per minute – depending on material and application. Cap size range: 0.9" to 4-3/4" OD, Container size range: 0.5" to 7" OD and container height range: 2" to 12". Equipped with 30" long x 1/2" wide double container gripper belts and (2) sets of 6" long x 1/2" wide cap tightner belts each side. Control panel has A/B controller with panel view and touch pad controller with digital readout, vari speed controls, statis light bar and e-stop. Mounted on "H" style stainless steel frame with leveling legs.

NJM Cleated cap feeder with 36" long x 24" wide x 21" deep stainless steel cap hopper with flip top cover, 80" long x 12" wide cleated belt conveyor with 7/8" high cleats set on 3" centers and 80" discharge height. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
