Back to All EquipmentNjm, Model Unisort 32, automatic, stainless steel, compact, bulk plastic bottle unscrambler. Rated from 20 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 35cc to 950cc and 1" to 4" OD x 1.5" to 7.5" in Height. and capable of orienting round, square, rectangular containers (with proper change parts). Equipped with floor level 52" long x 38" wide x 25" deep stainless steel container feed hopper with 46" long x 12" wide cleated belt feeder and 3" high cleats set on 11½" centers with plastic safety covers, 32" OD sorting bowl, with non scuffing nylon face, transfer, orientation and discharge belts, with Seko guages. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg frame.
