Rated from 50 to 225 containers per minute – depending upon materials and application. Stainless steel construction. Band size range: 3/8" to 3" in Diameter x ¾" to 7" in Height. Equipped with dual 24" Long product worm screw infeed, 22" diameter film reel, splicing table, knife cut off, "low material / no product" sensors and printed film registration with hand wheel jog. Control panel has PLC controller with HMI and jog / run switch and power on / drive stop with e-stop push buttons. Mounted on (4) leg frame with interlocking safety guarding.
