Rated from 20 to 75 products per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Product size range: 1.6" to 18" in Length; 3/8" to 8.8" in Width; up to 4" in Height with proper change parts. Equipped with 60" long operator load area, with 1" high quick change plastic lugs currently set on 18" centers, adjustable former and has 1-up, 8¾" wide x 1¼" thick seal jaws and a set of fin seal wheels. Interlock safety guarding and 41" long x 8" wide discharge conveyor. Film specifications up to 24" reel width; 14" reel OD, on 3" OD core. Control panel has PLC controls with touch screen HMI.
