Product size range: 1.6" to 18" in Length; 3/8" to 8.5" in Width; up to 4" in Height with proper change parts. Equipped 101" long lugged in feed conveyor with 90" of operator load area and has 1-1/2" high x 1-1/8" wide quick change plastic lugs currently set on 6" centers, adjustable former, 2-up, 9" wide x 1" thick serrated seal jaws and fin seal assembly with 3 sets of rollers and safety guarding, has 42" long x 8" wide neophreme product discharge conveyor with 32" discharge height. Film spec’s up to 24" reel width; 14" OD reel, on 3" OD core. Control panel has PLC controls and touch pad controller with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on base frame with (6) leveling legs.
