Scott Equipment Model TB1610, stainless steel, continuous ribbon / paddle mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Chamber dimensions: 120" in Length; 24" ID. Equipped with dual 14" long x 10" wide top product feed ports and dual 34" long x 8" wide flip-up bolt down top access covers and 92" long bolt down flip open bottom access doors. Has inner 6" long x 3" wide paddles and 1" wide x 1/2" thick single ribbon on 1" OD spokes set on 4" OD shaft. 20" long x 11" wide flanged end bottom discharge with (8) 1/4" bolts holes set on 6" centers with 19" floor clearence. 7-1/2 Hp belt to motor drive with safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
This style of mixer uses both the paddle agitator design and simultaneously giving end-to-end mixing action of the ribbon design.
